Up and Coming Events

Elizabeth House staff, volunteers and members will be involved in the following events.

17th July - The AGM will be held at 6pm at Elizabeth House.

7th September - We will be running our fund raising Tombola Stall at the Cookham Regatta.

21st September - We run the cafe at the Cookham Dean Fete providing coffee/tea, cakes and saviouries.

Elizabeth House is very fortunate to be well supported by the people of Cookham. They help provide the funds needed to run Elizabeth House. We would like to thank each and everyone of you that kindly donates money and gifts to us,

Here are a few of the recent events and donations

Jim Roll Classic Golf Day - The annual golf event was held in May 2024 at Winter Hill Golf Club. It raised £1,500 for us. This year the Trustees entered a team for the first time. Sally James, Suzi Shellabear, Jenny Elton and Paul Webb did not win but did win several raffle prizes.

Windsor & Maidenhead Community Lottery - Please enter the local lottery and at the same time raise money for Elizabeth House.

May 2024 - Many thanks to the donation of £1,000 from The Cherry Pickers of Cookham Dean. This was used to take members out for a day on the river Thames.

March 2024 - We are delighted to have receive a £910 donation from WG Edwards Foundation.

April 2024 - Our famous Easter Tombola raised £707. Thank you team for all of your hard work.

January 2024 - Edgar E Lawley Foundation kindly donated £2,000.

January 2024 - A lovely donation from Masonic Charitable Foundation £5,000 was received.

Christmas Fund Raisers - We would like to thank all of the people that ran fund raising events over Christmas.
- Christmas Tombola - £838
- Calendar Sales of the local wild life taken by Michael Vogal -£1,257.
- Westwood Green Residents buy Christmas cards. It raised £760.
